2025 - 2026 SCHOOL YEAR

WHO:

Children who will be 5 years old on or before September 30, 2025
*Register at the school in which your child is zoned to attend

WHERE AND WHEN:

March 24 - register online

March 25, 2025 – 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm - Individual Elementary Schools

*Register at the school in which your child is zoned to attend

DOCUMENTS NEEDED:

Certified Copy of Birth Certificate
Parent/Guardian Photo ID
Physical Form (physical must be within the last 12 months prior to the first day of school)
Proof of Residence (utility bill, lease, mortgage statement)
A notarized residency affidavit is required if living in another household

PLEASE REGISTER YOUR CHILD EVEN IF ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION HAS NOT BEEN OBTAINED
