  • Your name
  • Your contact (email or phone)
  • Your child's name
  • Your child's school
  • Your child's classroom teacher (if applicable)
  • Your child's grade level
  • If there is an issue with the Chromebook please provide the SN on the bottom of the Chromebook.
  • If we need to remote into their Chromebook we are going to ask you to log into the following site: https://remotedesktop.google.com/support/
  • This link can be found in the student bookmarks if they are logged into their wcps Google account using the Chrome web browser or Chromebook.
